What It Looks Like
Quick fix, minor tweak
Example
Fix a broken link, adjust a color, patch a small bug
Every feature gets a fixed price before we write a single line of code. If we underestimate, we absorb the difference. You never pay more than the quote.
We use a delivery credit system. Think of it like a contractor quoting a job — you know the price before work begins, and you only pay for finished software.
Every task gets scored on four factors (scope, complexity, risk, and dependencies) using a consistent rubric. The score maps to a credit size. Smaller number = simpler job. Bigger number = more moving parts.

Anything that would score above 13 gets broken down into smaller pieces first. That way you see progress every week instead of waiting a month for one big delivery.
Per-credit rates vary by plan — higher commitment, better rate.
Three plans. Pick the one that fits your workload. All include the same quality guarantee, the same direct access to our team, and the same weekly delivery cadence.
10 credits per month · $145/credit
For teams that need a reliable development partner on call. Great for ongoing maintenance, occasional feature requests, or testing a new partnership.
What's included:
20 credits per month · $135/credit
For teams that need steady maintenance, smaller feature builds, or a low-risk way to start working together.
What's included:
40 credits per month · $125/credit
For teams building something bigger. Enough credits to ship meaningful features every week while leaving room for maintenance and quick fixes.
What's included:
We recommend a one-month pilot at whichever plan fits. No quarterly lock-in. You'll see how the model works, what gets delivered, and whether it's right for your team.
If it works, we move to a quarterly plan for better scheduling and capacity priority. If it doesn't, you walk away with working software and zero obligations.
Need more credits in a given month? Additional credits are available at $165/credit. Or upgrade to the next plan for a better per-credit rate if you consistently go over.
Unused credits? Up to half your monthly credits roll over for one month. On a Starter plan, that means up to 10 unused credits carry into the next month and expire if not used. Simple and fair for both sides.
Bugs in our work get fixed at no cost within 90 days of delivery.
If code we delivered caused the issue and you report it within 90 days, we fix it at no cost.
Every task ships with written acceptance criteria agreed on before work begins. That's the bar. If a delivery doesn't meet it, it's not done.
A credit is a unit of completed work, sized by complexity. A quick bug fix might be 1 credit. A new feature with multiple moving parts might be 5 to 8 credits. We score every task on four factors (scope, complexity, risk, and dependencies) so the sizing is consistent, not arbitrary. We'll walk you through the rubric anytime.
With hourly billing, neither side knows the final cost until the work is done. With credits, you know the cost upfront. The risk of overruns shifts from you to us. Think of it like a contractor quoting a kitchen renovation: "$15,000 for the whole job" beats "$75 an hour and we'll see how it goes."
Up to half your monthly credits roll over for one month. On a Starter plan, that means up to 10 unused credits carry into the next month. They expire after that. This keeps things flexible without being wasteful.
Additional credits are available at $165 each. If you consistently need more, upgrading to the next plan gets you a better per-credit rate. For example, moving from Starter ($135/credit) to Growth ($125/credit) saves money at higher volume.
Communication never costs credits. Slack and email are unlimited on every plan. Each plan includes scheduled calls — check your plan details for specifics. We keep meetings lean so your credits go toward shipping, not talking.
Yes. We recommend a one-month pilot. Pick a plan, work through your top priorities, and by month's end you'll have a clear picture of how this works. No quarterly lock-in on the pilot. If it's a fit, we continue. If not, no hard feelings.
