Change-order trigger (explicit)
A change order is required when requests exceed tier caps, add net-new workflows/integrations, or exceed revision limits. Approved change orders are scoped and billed before work starts.
Overage language
Out-of-scope work is billed separately at an agreed fixed add-on or hourly overage rate after written approval. No silent scope expansion.

Which runtime do you use — OpenClaw, Hermes, or Grok Bot?
Whichever fits your stack. OpenClaw and Hermes are self-hosted: you own the hardware or VPS, and it runs local and private. Grok Bot is managed: it runs as a teammate on a cloud computer (Cursor / SuperGrok), no infrastructure for you to run. We usually start with OpenClaw, but we'll recommend the fit on the call.
Do you offer this through anyone besides On PAR Dev?
No. This offer is delivered personally through On PAR Dev only.
Is this an established product or a new service offer?
This is a new external service offer. The system itself is actively used internally now, and this engagement packages that operating model for client setup.
How quickly can we start?
Most teams book the go-live call within a few days, and move into a build sprint within 7 to 10 days after, depending on access and workflow complexity.
What happens if we need more than our tier includes?
That triggers a scoped change order. You’ll see the estimate and approve it before work begins.
